They are based in Exeter and make beautiful alt-folk / acoustic music with stunning vocal harmonies. \nThey are immensely talented musicians and have received critical acclaim and national recognition. \nfieldlily is their latest musical project and you don’t want to miss your chance to see them live! \nINTERVIEW \nIn 2024 we were delighted to launch our podcast Hope and the City. As the name suggests it covers the subject of hope in the context of real world challenges. \nHosts Emma Marlow and Rob Fowler have covered all manner of topics on the pod including grief\, addiction\, terminal illness\, mental health and more. All the while describing how it is possible to hold on to true hope in the face of whatever life throws your way. \nAt the Showcase Rob and Emma will be sharing more about the podcast and discussing some of these topics and promoting season 2 of the pod! \nSPOKEN WORD POETRY \nResident poet Steve Wheeler will be performing live poetry for us on the night as well as being interviewed about his background in this artform. \nHe’ll share about the work he has done growing an online poetry group scratch to tens of thousands of members from all around the world. He’ll share about his passion to supporting new and unpublished poets and helping them to find an audience and publish their own work. \nThe Showcase event will be broadcast live on Cross Rhythms Plymouth on 96.3FM\, on DAB and online at https://crplymouth.co.uk/popup-player/ \nThere is no charge for the evening\, although there will be opportunities to support us on the night
