The timeslots are 1.5 hrs and are being led as follows:

10:00 – 11:30 am: Rachel Portsmouth

11:30 pm – 1:00 pm: David Ross

1:00 -1:30 pm: LUNCH and catch up time

1:30 – 3:00 pm Sven & Almuth Lauch

3:00 – 4:30 pm: Taran & Kim Ash / Jenny Woonton Brown

4:30 -6:00 pm: Steve Gibson

What is Singing Rooms?

Singing Rooms has been running now for 12 years in Plymouth. It is headed up by Taran and Kim Ash who are Pastors of Solomon’s Porch Community Church.

Expect a beautifully intimate and reverent approach to worship. An invitation to truly connect on a deeper spiritual level, allowing for authenticity, vulnerability, and creativity. It is leaving behind the polished or rehearsed in favour of being led by the Spirit into something created in the moment, which for those taking part is both courageous and meaningful. It creates space for something truly profound to unfold.

There is an emphasis on collaboration—both musically and spiritually—while being physically arranged in a circle fosters unity and shared purpose. The repetition of words and scripture as meditation or declaration can emerge and is powerful. There’s something timeless about dwelling on God’s word until it resonates deeply within, isn’t there?
