How accessible is your organisation to people with a background of trauma? Do you want to create safe, supportive spaces and provide high-quality experiences for those you serve?
This full-day training, delivered in partnership with leading voices across Plymouth, brings together experts and those with lived experience to explore what it means to respond with compassion. The sessions will equip you and your organisation with practical insight into supporting people living with trauma and creating environments where everyone feels safe and valued.
Open to everyone, regardless of role, this is a chance to learn, reflect, and grow together as we work towards building more trauma-sensitive organisations
